The
Challenge
The previous iteration of the AIA Health and Being App (V2.0) encountered challenges, including a critical disconnect between Actuarial and Health & Wellbeing departments. This disconnect significantly impacted the app's development and ultimately contributed to its failure.
The goal of the updated Health and Being App is to rectify these issues by ensuring seamless collaboration and a shared understanding of objectives between Actuarial and Health & Wellbeing teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
